Terms of service

The service

Rukhanka creates AI-generated character illustrations, animated Telegram stickers and character animations from an uploaded photo. Your chosen pack determines the number and type of outputs. See Pricing for pack prices and included files. The final total, currency and any tax appear at checkout.

This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. See your character preview for free before payment. Pay only if you like it; animation begins after payment and your approval.

Your photo and permissions

Upload only images you own or have permission to use, including permission from the people depicted. For a child’s photo, the uploader must be their parent or legal guardian or have that guardian’s permission. Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive or sexually exploitative material.

You keep your rights in your uploaded images. You allow Rukhanka and the generation providers used for your order to process them to deliver the service. See the Privacy Policy for the data involved.

Review and use of results

AI results can vary in likeness, details, movement and consistency. Review the character before approval and inspect the final animations before sharing or using them in a project. The service does not promise an exact likeness, a specific artistic result or exclusive copyright in generated content.

You can download the delivered files and use them subject to your rights in the source material and applicable law. Rukhanka does not clear third-party trademarks, copyright or likeness rights on your behalf. Telegram and game-engine compatibility may change independently of Rukhanka.

Delivery, free regeneration and versions

Your files are delivered through My creations in the browser that placed the order. Save your private recovery key and download your finished files. Recovery keys expire 365 days after they are issued. A recovery key grants access to your creations, so keep it private.

Each sticker pack and each “8 more reactions” order includes one free regeneration round. Select any stickers or the entire pack together, and optionally describe what to change. The unused round remains available after you download the ZIP or add the pack to Telegram. Choosing between saved versions is always free.

“8 more reactions” is a separate purchase for the same approved character, added to the same Telegram set. It has its own free round and refund. A refund for one purchase does not refund another. For incomplete exports or other problems, use the refund and support process.

Stopping generation preserves the work already completed; it does not automatically cancel a payment or issue a refund. Deleting a creation removes its uploaded and generated media from active storage and cannot be undone through the creator. Recovery copies and payment records follow the retention rules in our Privacy Policy.

After the free regeneration round, Ivan’s personal guarantee applies for 14 days from payment: we fix the specific stickers you name or, if we cannot within 7 days of your request, refund that order, even after you take the pack. Conditions are in the Refund policy.

Payments

Payment is through Plata by mono: UAH on the Ukrainian page and USD on the English page. You buy directly from the Rukhanka provider named below. Card details are entered on the bank’s hosted payment page. Contact Rukhanka about your order or refund.

For any earlier purchase made through Paddle, use the support link in its receipt or contact Paddle buyer support.

You can get a no-questions refund until you take the pack (add it to Telegram or download the ZIP). By accepting these terms, you ask us to start creating the pack right after payment and acknowledge that taking it ends the contractual no-questions refund option; after that, the personal guarantee in the Refund policy applies, and support can help. Any statutory withdrawal rights and rights if the pack is faulty remain unaffected.

For a refund after delivery, only the stickers belonging to the refunded purchase are removed from the Telegram set. Stickers from other purchases stay. Files already downloaded and stickers already sent in chats are not erased from your device or messages. If Telegram removal cannot be confirmed, support completes it.

These terms do not restrict consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
