Refund policy

Plata by mono purchases

Payments use Plata by mono in UAH (Ukrainian page) or USD (English page). Before taking the pack, request a full refund in My creations or contact Rukhanka with your order reference — no reason is required. You do not have to use regeneration first. After taking the pack, contact support. Refunds are processed against the original payment; the bank confirms the result. Stopping generation or deleting a creation does not refund it automatically.

You can get a no-questions refund until you take the pack (add it to Telegram or download the ZIP). By accepting these terms, you ask us to start creating the pack right after payment and acknowledge that taking it ends the contractual no-questions refund option; after that, the personal guarantee in the Refund policy applies, and support can help. Any statutory withdrawal rights and rights if the pack is faulty remain unaffected.

Watch, remake and choose

See your character preview for free before payment, then watch every exported sticker in motion. Each sticker pack and each “8 more reactions” order includes one free regeneration round: select any stickers or the whole pack together and optionally tell us what to change. The unused round is available even after you take the pack. Choosing between saved versions is always free.

Ivan’s personal guarantee

If specific stickers still don’t work for you after the free regeneration round, contact support within 14 days of payment with your order reference, which stickers, and what is wrong. We fix those stickers with extra generation attempts; a new pack from a different photo or style is not covered. Fixed versions appear in My creations next to your saved ones, and choosing between them is free. If the result still does not suit you within 7 days of your request, we refund the full price of that order to the original payment method, even if you have already taken the pack. One guarantee claim per order. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

This is a separate order for the same character, with its own refund and free regeneration round. It adds reactions to the same Telegram set. Refund eligibility is based on whether you have taken this order’s pack, separately from the original pack.

After a refund

A confirmed full refund ends generation and online download access for that purchase. Private download links may remain usable until their expiry, up to 60 seconds. A partial refund changes only the refunded purchase’s entitlement; other purchases remain available. Minimal payment and consent records remain for accounting, security and support.

For a refund after delivery, only the stickers belonging to the refunded purchase are removed from the Telegram set. Stickers from other purchases stay. Files already downloaded and stickers already sent in chats are not erased from your device or messages. If Telegram removal cannot be confirmed, support completes it.
