Purchase and payment questions

For a purchase made through Paddle, you can also find your transaction and request help at Paddle buyer support. Use the email address entered at checkout to locate your purchase.

For an order paid through Plata by mono, contact Rukhanka at the support address above with your order reference. Please do not send card details. Paddle buyer support is for purchases made through Paddle.
